4. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

**Refunds**

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our mint condition criteria, we will process your refund. Please note the following details:

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

**Exchanges**
